Synapps™ for Oracle is a workforce integration platform that integrates workforce time and labor data with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). Synapps is designed for passing raw data to Oracle from your workforce, and allows you to leverage your existing Oracle implementation for further processing and calculations.

Synapps automates the manual collection of time, attendance, labor activity, workforce productivity, and access control information.

Workforce data can be acquired via a variety of technologies and time clocks including: traditional badge-based (proximity, barcode or magnetic stripe), biometrics (fingerprint or hand geometry), IVR (telephony), mobile/wireless or touch-screen kiosk.

The information is then transformed and integrated with Oracle for processing in real-time.
